These terms govern use of the Miracle's PlayLand LLC website. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Pre-opening information

Miracle's PlayLand is currently in development. The location, opening date, capacity, hours, pricing, packages, amenities, and operating procedures shown on the website are planned and may change before opening. A party inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.

Payments, memberships, and reservations

Purchases, membership payments, and party deposits are nonrefundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Eligible admission purchases or party deposits may be moved once to another available date before December 31 of the original purchase year. A second cancellation, missed date, or expired credit is forfeited. Final membership, payment, automatic-renewal, party, and reservation terms will be presented before a customer pays or enrolls.

Supervision, rules, and waivers

Miracle's PlayLand is not a daycare. A responsible adult must remain on the premises and actively supervise children. Admission may require a completed waiver, grip socks, compliance with age and equipment restrictions, and observance of staff directions and posted facility rules.

Website forms

You agree to provide accurate information and not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized information. Electronic waiver submission does not guarantee admission or a reservation. Form submissions are delivered through a third-party provider as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Miracle's PlayLand name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Miracle's PlayLand LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Website availability and external services

We work to keep information available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item will always be error-free. Links or services operated by third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Miracle's PlayLand LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
